FAQs

What do I need to get a library card?

To get a library card, ask the librarian at the circulation desk for a library registration card. Once your card is filled out, we will need to see an ID or something recent with your current address listed on it (like a utility bill) to complete the process. Kids under 18 must have a parent with them to sign up for a library card.

How do I use the public computers?

To use a Library computer, a patron/library user must sign in to the Computer Use Binder, which is located at the library’s circulation desk.

Each computer user must provide the following: date of usage, their first and last name, the time of logging into a public computer and provide the time that they are logging out of utilizing a public computer.

Can I print from the public computers?

We offer access to a printer, from any of our public computers. Each printed page, including color pages, costs $.25 a page.

Can I copy or fax?

Our copy machine is located on the right side of the circulation desk and is self-service. Each copy costs $.15 a page.

We can also fax documents for you, which cost $1/page. We can provide you with a cover sheet at no charge.

How can I renew items?

Items can be renewed over the telephone or online. Click “My Account” and the top of the page to log into your account to check your current checkouts, loan history (once you enable your reading history), and to renew your items.
